How do I set up a subscription?

Visit any Diabetic Warehouse product detail page. Select the “Subscribe & Save” button and select a quantity and frequency. The default options for delivery are every 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 days - but you can always adjust your schedule from within your customer account later. Add the selection to your cart. Add additional products or go straight to checkout.

^Note: You can simultaneously add one-time purchases to the same cart and checkout. The first order will contain all items, and all future subscription orders will ship out with the subscription products only. You will be asked to create an account for subscription orders so you can manage them from now on.
