Sometimes the carrier will determine that they are unable to deliver the package to the listed shipping address. While we can't be certain why for your particular situation, reasons can vary from a missing apartment number, to an address they have determined as "undeliverable". The only way to be certain is to contact the carrier that left the undeliverable notice directly, as these situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control.
