Some customers may experience a Return To Sender status on their tracking information. Your package was not delivered and is now in transit back to our warehouse.
Below are the most common reasons as to why a package may be marked Return To Sender:
- The shipping address provided at checkout was inaccurate or invalid
- The delivery courier was unable to access the destination (gated communities, military bases)
- The shipping address provided was a PO Box (exclusively serviced by USPS)
- Forwarding instructions at the provided address are expired or unavailable
To help prevent any returned packages, we recommend verifying that you have provided the correct shipping address before checkout.
