Here are a few possible reasons why your order was canceled/refunded:
- You did not respond to an important email from Diabetic Warehouse regarding a time-sensitive email.
- You may have placed a duplicate order, and we automatically refunded it to ensure you were not charged twice.
- The order was flagged as "Highly Fraudulent" and was refunded.
For your protection and ours, our Fraud Prevention team will cancel any orders they flag as suspicious. You won't be charged for any canceled orders by us. A transaction may appear on your bank statement indicating an authorization hold has been placed on the funds associated with the order. However, this authorization hold will be reversed and removed from your bank statement within 1-5 business days.
Occasionally, orders are canceled because a customer has provided suspicious or inconsistent information while checking out. If you think your order was canceled because of an error on our part, please look at the transaction details to ensure all information is correct and matches your billing information, then place the order again.
Canceled orders cannot be reversed. If you would like to continue with your purchase, you will need to place a new order.
If you have any questions or want help getting an invoice for the same order, please get in touch with our customer support team for further assistance.
